  1. How do I receive my files after purchasing? As soon as your payment is confirmed, you will see a download link on the thank-you page. You will also receive an automated email from us containing your secure download links. If you don't see the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.

  2. What file formats are included? Most of our assets are delivered as high-resolution JPG or PNG files, while many of our vector packs also include AI, EPS, or SVG formats. Please check the individual product description for the exact file types included in that specific pack.

  3. Are these assets AI-generated or "scraped" from the web? No. Every single asset at Vectra Ink is 100% original and created from scratch by our own in-house artists. We do not use content-scrapers or AI tools to generate our work; everything is hand-crafted and authentic.

  4. Can I use these for commercial projects? Yes. Our standard license allows you to use these assets for your own personal projects or for commercial client work (like logos, website backgrounds, or posters). However, you are strictly prohibited from reselling or redistributing the raw digital files themselves.

  5. I’m having trouble opening a ZIP file. What should I do? To keep our files high-quality while staying fast to download, we compress them into ZIP folders. Most modern computers can open these by double-clicking, but you can also use free tools like 7-Zip or WinRAR. If the file appears corrupted, please email us for a replacement.

  6. Can I get a refund if I change my mind? Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once the files have been downloaded. However, if there is a technical defect or a duplicate purchase, please reach out to us at vectrainkstock@gmail.com and we will be happy to help.

  7. Will you be allowing other artists to sell here? Our long-term vision is to open Vectra Ink to outside contributors once our platform has grown. For now, we are exclusively selling our own in-house content to ensure the highest level of quality and authenticity for our early customers.

  8. What software do I need? For our illustrations and backgrounds, any standard image viewer or photo editor will work. For our vector files (AI/EPS), you will need professional design software like Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer, or Inkscape to edit the layers.
