Refund policy

At Vectra Ink, we’re committed to providing high-quality digital assets for your creative projects. Because our products are digital files delivered via instant download, they are generally considered used once they've been purchased. For this reason, we have a specific policy regarding refunds that we ask you to review before completing your order.

The Nature of Digital Downloads

Because digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, sales at vectra.ink are generally final. Once a download link has been issued or files have been accessed via email, we typically do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Before completing your purchase, we highly recommend:

  1. Reviewing all product previews and descriptions carefully.
  2. Verifying that your software is compatible with the listed formats (e.g., AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, or JPG).

 

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be confident in your purchase. While our standard policy is "no refunds," we stand by the quality of our assets. You are eligible for a replacement or a full refund if:

Product Discrepancy: The delivered asset is significantly different from the product description or preview images.

Technical Defects: The file is corrupted or contains technical errors that prevent it from functioning as intended.

 

How to Request Assistance

If you encounter an issue with your files, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will first attempt to fix the file or provide a working replacement. If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, a refund will be issued.

We will consider a refund if you made a duplicate purchase, such as accidentally buying the same pack twice in two different transactions. We also consider refunds if there is a verified technical defect where a file is corrupted or broken and we can’t provide a working replacement within 3 business days. Additionally, a refund may be granted if the product isn't as described, such as receiving a low-resolution JPG when the product was listed as a vector.

Please keep in mind that we can't offer refunds for accidental purchases or if you simply change your mind after the files have already been downloaded.

It’s very helpful if you include a quick description of the problem and a screenshot of any error messages you’re seeing in your software.

Order cancellation

Due to our automated delivery system, files are dispatched via email immediately upon completion of your purchase. Because the download link is generated and sent instantly, we are unable to process order cancellations or withdrawals once the payment has been confirmed.

We encourage you to review your cart thoroughly before checkout to ensure the selected assets meet your requirements.

Licensing

We ask that you review our licensing terms before checking out. Refunds won’t be issued due to a misunderstanding of how the license works, so please make sure you’ve selected the right version for your specific project.
