At Vectra Ink, all of our products are delivered digitally. This means there are no shipping costs, no waiting for a courier, and no physical packages to track.

Instant Delivery Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive immediate access to your digital assets. You can download your files directly from the checkout page or via the secure link sent to the email address you provided during your purchase.

Accessing Your Files Your download will typically be delivered in one of two ways:

Email Delivery: An automated email from vectra.ink will be sent to you containing a download link. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.

Customer Account: If you created an account at checkout, your purchased files will always be available in your account dashboard under your order history.

File Formats and Compatibility Our assets are generally delivered as ZIP files to save space and ensure all file versions (AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, or JPG) stay together. You will need a computer to unzip these files and the appropriate design software to open them.

Troubleshooting Downloads If you have any trouble clicking your link or if the download is running slowly, we recommend trying a different web browser or checking your internet connection.

If a link appears to be expired or isn't working at all, please get in touch with us at vectrainkstock@gmail.com. We’ll verify your order and make sure you get your files right away.

Technical Support While we don't offer physical shipping, we do offer digital support. If you have questions about how to use a specific texture or illustration you’ve purchased, feel free to reach out. We’re here to make sure our assets work perfectly for your project.
