Digital Product Delivery By purchasing digital assets from vectra.ink, you acknowledge the following:

All products are digital files (e.g., AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG). No physical product will be shipped.

Delivery is fulfilled via an instant download link provided at checkout or sent via email.

You are responsible for maintaining the appropriate software (such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop) required to open and utilize the files.

Intellectual Property and Licensing All designs, textures, and illustrations sold on this website are the intellectual property of Vectra Ink. When you purchase a product, you are acquiring a license to use the asset, not ownership of the asset itself.

Standard License: Allows for use in personal projects and commercial projects for clients (e.g., logos, posters, or web design).

Prohibited Uses: You may not sub-license, resell, share, or redistribute the raw digital files in any capacity. You may not claim the designs as your own original work.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions. Because we deliver assets via email, an incorrect address will result in a failure to receive your products.

Refund Policy As detailed in our Refund Policy, all sales of digital products are final. Once a download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered, no refunds will be issued except in the case of a verified technical defect within the file itself.

User Feedback and Reviews If you post reviews or comments on our site, you grant us the right to use, edit, and publish those comments in any medium. We are under no obligation to maintain comments in confidence or provide compensation for their use.

Limitation of Liability Vectra Ink shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Vectra Ink has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
